Join us for our  River Flow Yoga weekend retreat at Chapel on the Green.

 

We offer contemporary accommodation in the beautiful Village of Glasbury  – just outside Hay on Wye, Wales. 

 

Join us for a weekend of yoga in the magical setting of the Black Mountains.

Tarot and yoga can be seamlessly intertwined and become a powerful force of transformation and evolution., which we will be exploring on this retreat.

 The weekend includes yoga, chanting, mindfulness, delicious seasonal vegetarian and vegan food and a mindfulness walk in the our wild a beautiful national park, home to some of the most spectacular views in the UK.

We will also be running an introduction to Tarot Workshop

by guest teacher Blue Firth

Our Senior teacher Graham will be leading the weekend and making sure your needs are met supported by Matthew (host, chef and creative programmer).

 

 Whether you are hoping to develop your yoga practice or want to have a fun but relaxing weekend away from the city - we have you covered!  This is a weekend about recharging your batteries and learning tools to use to live in the present. 

About the Introduction to Tarot Workshop

 

Over three hours, we will discuss the origins of the tradition, its archetypes and how it to can be used in modern life to enlighten and empower. Aimed at anyone new to the tarot and for those who wish to start a practice. We will work in groups and individually, looking at various spreads, rituals and meditations. Please bring a pencil or pen, along with a tarot deck. A Pamphlet with step to step information and space for notes will be provided.

 Twice daily Yoga practice - energising Vinyasa morning practice, calming and restorative  practice in the evening

Full Moon outdoor event (weather dependent) - come and howl at the moon in on of the clearest skies in the world.

 

Walking meditation and outdoor sense exploration to National Trust Nature reserve

Daily Vegetarian and Vegan meals cooked by resident chefs at the Chapel
