For  2021 we are developing a series of Yoga courses with a therapeutic element in partnership with our new teacher Heather Murray.

 All courses will be co-facilitated by Heather and Graham, both yoga teachers and experienced therapists

Feeling drained and depleted? During these trying times, we can foster a robust approach to self- care, daring to ‘breathe deep and fly high’.

In this 5-week course, we are empowered to our core with Vinyasa Yoga Sequences.

The sessions are themed around positive psychology; connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give and experience

Zen Meditation Yoga Therapy Course

Gently transforming feelings of being scattered, groundless and agitated through the practice of meditation, body work and visualisation.

In this 5-week course, we explore Yoga Asana that support serene reflection meditation. The sessions are structured for the direct experience of transformational techniques to foster a deep and abiding sense of calm.

Cultivating Kindness

 Compassion-based Yoga Therapy

Mindfully transforming experiences of anxiety, depression and trauma through the practice of acceptance and kindness.

In this 5-week course, we are guided to gentle Yin Yoga as we go within. The sessions are grounded in peaceful practices, cultivating kindness and contentment.

Harassed by mental clutter and chatter? We can empty our overflowing cups to reveal a creative space.

In this 5-week course, we are shaken and stirred by distinct Yoga Methods.There’s a session in Hatha, Ashtanga, Alignment-based, 

Yin and Mandala Yoga approaches.

Each week brings a creative surprise and joy.
