There is something truly amazing about a class filled with new Parents and the noises of babies! Rosie's parent and baby class is designed to help restore, rejuvenate and rebuild after pregnancy and birth. The classes give Parents a chance to move and breath, offer some songs and actions to entertain the babies and give both a beautiful chance to bond together.
Whether you’ve done Yoga before or not, it really doesn’t matter. There is absolutely no issue if your baby cries, poos, feeds - that’s what they do and we welcome everyone; including babes who aren’t playing ball that day. The space we create in the room together is one of compassion and support; and we always make sure there is time for a catch up and a chat too.
