Yoga Retreat Booking Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy Booking a spot on our retreat signifies your agreement to the terms below. Due to our commitments to the venue and service providers in Greece, we must enforce a firm cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding. Cancellation by Participant More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Refunds are available minus the non-refundable deposit. 60 days or fewer before the retreat: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for illness, personal emergencies, or travel delays. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–30% of the total retreat cost) is required to secure your place. This deposit is not refundable or transferable to another retreat but can be transferred to another person attending the same retreat, subject to approval. Retreat Transfers Transfers to a different retreat date are not permitted within 60 days of the retreat. Prior to that, transfers may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and may incur an administrative fee. Cancellation by Organizer If we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue issues, force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. We cannot cover any additional costs you may incur (such as flights, travel insurance, etc.). Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions, as no refunds can be offered within 60 days of the retreat.
