Gentle Yoga and Mindfulness is a 75 minute class that starts with a seated meditation; the class then works through breathing practices, gentle somatic movements, traditional asana and finishes with a guided meditation.
 
Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned yogis alike, there is something for everyone in this class. 

Accessibility is at the core of this practice and adaptations can be made to ensure everyone can participate.  Props are a key component of this class and feature heavily throughout the practices.
