Thursday Classes
9:30am - 10:45am Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness
11:15am - 12:15pm Chair Yoga (from 25th April for 5 wks)
6:00pm - 7:15pm Mat Men (men only yoga)

£10 for chair yoga
£12 for all other drop-in classes - discounts for full term bookings available in first week of each new term.

Studio Equipment
The studio does supply all the equipment you will need for each class, but please bring your own yoga mat and equipment such as blankets, blocks etc if you would prefer.
How to Pay
For drop in classes you can book at the bottom of each of the class web-pages and pay with
PayPal or Credit / Debit Card.
It is important to book to secure your place so that we know who is coming. You may try turning up on the day but there will be a chance that the class is full.
To benefit from the full term booking discount
please select the package of your choice
in the first week of each term.

PARKING
The Chapel is situated on a beautiful little green in Glasbury
with a wonderful friendly community.
Parking is extremely limited for residents of the green so please can all of our guests use the public car park at Glasbury Village Hall (marked on the map below). It is a 3 minute walk on the flat. If there is anyone who can't walk that far please contact Graham and he will arrange for a space outside the Chapel.
