Thursdays 6:00pm - 7:15pm 

75 minute class.

This is a men only class so that we can focus on stretches, movement and poses that specifically target achy, tired and over-used muscles, address common muscle imbalances that men are often prone to, or to supplement gym sessions to enhance flexibility as well as building strength.

As a man with an 'atypical' yoga body (I can have tight hamstrings too!) I can draw upon many years of yoga teaching to tailor the sessions to each individual's needs.

A discount package for the whole term is available to book in the first week of each term and is at the very bottom of this page when available.
