RIVER FLOW YOGA​​

Slow Flow & Yin

This class is part Yin and part Yang, and all full of exactly what you need! 

30 mins of vinyasa to start, designed to promote mobility, strength & flexibility, and to raise the heart rate little, while moving through active sequences and breathing practices. 

Music accompanies this class and we are taken on a journey into mindful breath-led movements.

Once the Yang section is complete, the relaxation starts;  45 mins of beautiful Yin practices to encourage the body to unwind, and the mind to quieten.
The music changes to reflect the slow, serene and reflective nature of this part of the class. 

In winter this class is candlelit.
