Wintering Weekend

creative practices for self - care rituals and rest

30th January - 2nd February 2026

In January, the days are short and the evenings stretch long and dark — offering a natural pause in the year.
This retreat invites you to embrace the quiet magic of winter as a time for turning inward. Through a series of creative workshops in print, paper, and textiles, we’ll explore how making can become a form of self-care, ritual, and renewal. Together, we’ll create small handmade objects—dream journals, printed fabrics, embroidered pillows—that act as gentle tools for rest, recovery, and intention-setting for the year ahead. These practices will offer space to reconnect with ourselves, our dreams, and the world around us, rooted in slowness, softness, and seasonal rhythms.

The solstice retreat was truly magical; Blue's gentle guidance through tactile clay work and the emotive art of the Tarot were perfectly complemented by the lush food and friendly hosts. I would definitely book again.
