1 to 1 classes are great if you want to create something bespoke and develop your own yoga practice; from more gentle and meditation guided, to more dynamic and strong physical practice.
This is great for families or couples too!
Classes taught face to face either in Graham's home studio or the comfort of your home* or online via zoom.
